Do bear in mind that we may have Ex-Hire or Secondhand Instruments available for renting, which have lower RRPs, and therefore cost less to purchase at the end of the rental period.

| Woodwind Rental ChargesThis is the cost for Three Months' Rental, after which the options and formula as described on the Rental Scheme Page apply.
£75.00 for a Flute (incl. Curved-Heads)
£135.00 for an Oboe
£75.00 for a Clarinet (Plastic Body)
£120.00 for an Alto Saxophone
£135.00 for a Tenor Saxophone
So, if you rented a brand-new Yamaha YFL211UK Flute for 3 months at a cost of £75.00.....
At the end of the 3 months, take the Purchase Price of £399.00, less £75.00 rental paid, which leaves £324.00 as the purchase-price.
In this particular example, you could split the payments, interest-free, over 6 months at £54.00 per month.
You may also be able to purchase using the Surrey CC Assisted Instrument Purchase Scheme for £276.00 ex VAT.
If you rented for a further 3 months, deduct half of £75.00, to calculate a purchase-price of £286.00 at the end of 6 months. | Brass Rental Charges

In this particular example, you could split the payments, interest-free, over 6 months at £54.83 per month.

| Violin Rental Charges
This is the cost for Three Months' Rental, after which the options and formula as described on the Rental Scheme Page apply.
£50.00 for a Fullsize Violin
£40.00 for all other size Violins
So, if you rented a brand-new fullsize Zeller Violin outfit for 3 months at a cost of £50.00.....
At the end of the 3 months, take the Purchase Price £169.50, less £50.00 rental paid, which leaves £119.50 as the purchase-price.
