| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We currently only accept payments via Nochex and Paypal for orders on UK Mainland only. Delivery is also restricted to the card holder's address. This is a security measure; it helps prevent credit card fraud by ensuring that only the cardholder can receive products ordered over the internet. In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to typographical (human) error or incorrect price information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders. |
| Shipping And Handling We have a very straightforward delivery system. All orders placed on this Website are sent either by First Class Post or Insured Next-Working-Day Courier service, dependent on size and weight, for a Flat Charge of £3.50. Please also be aware that some products have a Weight Surcharge. Please note that we ONLY deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles & Highlands, and the Isle of Man. |
| Delivery Schedule You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. We process your order right away. You will normally receive your order between 2 - 4 business days from payment (bearing in mind we open Tuesday to Saturday only) . This will depend on whether we have the item in stock; if we have to wait for delivery from a supplier, this may take up to 10 working days, but we will notify you immediately, should this be the case. DELIVERY IS RESTRICTED TO MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM, excluding Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles & Highlands, and the Isle of Man, and must be to the address where your credit or debit card is registered. All deliveries must be signed for, and you should keep your receipt. In the event that there is no one at home when the goods are delivered, the Couriers are under instructions not to leave the parcel. If the Courier has been unable to deliver the goods, you will be left a card stating the local depot's address and telephone number. If you then contact the depot, you can arrange another date for delivery to be made - this must be to the same address. Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up the goods from the depot, for which you will need some form of identification e.g. a driving licence. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be immediately emailed with the option to cancel your order within 7 days, if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is included, except for Sheet Music items, which are Zero-rated, ie not subject to VAT. Any VAT element is already included in our prices. |

| Returns Policy Goods may be returned or exchanged, at the customer's expense, within 7 days from receipt, as long as they are in their original packaging (if any) and original condition. Any cancelled or returned orders will be subject to a cancellation / re-stocking fee of 2% of the total value of the returned goods + £10. Refunds will only be given on damaged goods, when notified within 3 days of receipt. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. |
